Would it be a big problem to allow Comment and Moderation rights to be defined
on web pages too. Currently we have the requirement to allow users to comment
only on certain pages (folders) of a single Mini WebSite, and don't want them
to be able to comment on all. Also I could see that different users could be
assigned as moderators of different areas of a Web Site.
