For point 2 : if I understand, this is directly tied to the logic of the tag
service, so you should be able to correct that.
In order to qualify that, if this problem also visible if you create a tag
"toto", restart the server, and add the tag "toto" to an other document ? (to
see if that can be related to some tx / isolation problem).
