Module nuxeo-distribution-jetty renamed to nuxeo-distribution-jetty-base
New nuxeo-distribution-jetty module created, able to package various nuxeo
assemblies (using profiles). For now, nuxeo-ep-jetty seems ok and is near of
old nuxeo-distribution-jetty-ep, nuxeo-dm-jetty still needs some debug.
