Resolution: Fixed
Upgrade notes: Update messages_en.properties file to fix labels according
to what was in the supplied patch

Where the value for any label supplied in the patch was different in the
messages_en.properties file, the one in the properties file was taken as having
been the latest update, and the one in the patch was ignored. None of the 2
label deletes supplied in the patch was implemented, as current references were
still found to these labels.
