The labels in the popup when you create a new Annotation are not translatable

In the preview tab, the labels on the left frame (hide annotations, ...) are
translatable if you include some changes in the Google modules of the
nuxeo-platform-annotations-web package and recompile it, but the labels of the
new annotations popup aren't.
Maybe the problem is that the HTML of the iframe doesn't have the property
'<meta name="gwt:property" content="locale=xx">' in its HEAD section and always
use the default locale.
