To test the fix:
- use a webenigne module that uses a theme
- in the theme contribution add:
<theme>
<src>file:///home/arussel/theme-foo-setup.xml</src>
</theme>
that point to a copy of the theme file on your local machine
- change in this file an obvious property
- start jboss, you should see the property from you local file
- on the local file, change the property to another value
- log in as Administrator
- go to theme management <Shift><Alt>- on linux
- go to Manage Theme -> Restore From File
- Exit
- the property should have the value of the local file
