* stateful
- minor deployment errors because it is holding some jars that should not be
there. i don't get why (maven plugin says tag-web, webengine-sites and
webengine-sites-blogs depend on nuxeo-core even if their pom files say core-api)
- holding webengine jars because theme-webwidgets-ui cannot be put on the
stateless part for now (persistence issues) and depends legitimetaly on
webengine => to address later, not a blocker, maybe link to NXP-4057

- deployment error because of placeful theme, depending on placeful service. i
have no idea what should be done here, plus local theme feature seems to be
working anyway.
