The language messages properties files have now been split between
nuxeo-features/nuxeo-platform-lang (default/en/fr) and
addons/nuxeo-platform-lang-ext (all others). The nuxeo-platform-lang-ext is
still to be added to the default distribution however (NXP-3844 still
incomplete).
