Error when I deny Remove right

I get an error when I deny Remove right.
Steps to reproduce :
1. In a WS, give a user write right.
2. In a sub-workspace, deny the same user remove right.
3. With this user, go a the sub-workspace.
-> You get an error telling that you don't have sufficient rights.
When I deny remove rights on the same ws I gave the user write right, the user
can delete document.
