org.nuxeo.ecm.webengine.skinPathPrefix is not set in the Jetty DM packaging.

So ressource are resolved to /skin/* instead of /nuxeo/site/skin/*
The solution is to add a property file somewhere with :
org.nuxeo.ecm.webengine.skinPathPrefix=/nuxeo/site/skin
