Work Description: Worked on the width problem with the browser and the OS
dashboard. After a few tries, I eventually decided that the right policy was
to just have the browser's size at the time the page starts rendering be the
size --and not try to do anything any fancy since the user can always resize.
I grab the width of the window at the time the javascript starts being executed
and pass that through to the Java code where it is used exactyl the same way as
the hardcoded constant previously was.
