Because of bad packaging of some services, in tomcat/jetty bundle, we have
several logs like this :
Existing binding but unreachable service for
org.nuxeo.ecm.platform.comment.api.CommentManager ! Fallback on local service...
=> When packaging could not be fixed easily, we should reduce the log level
when the container does not supports remote bindings....
