The configuration of OSGIRuntimeService, OSGIRuntimeContext, and
ComponentPersistence effectively meant that you could not
subclass OSGIRuntimeService or OSGIRuntimeContext.
A constructor needs to be added to OSGIRuntimeService to "break the cycle" and
allow you to supply your own subclass of OSGIRuntimeContext, thus allowing both
to be subclassed.
