Doctypes are missing in freemarker templates which causes IE to render pages in
quirks mode.
In JSF this is not an issue since doctypes can be written directly in xhtml
templates, under freemarker a<@block name="doctype"></@block> can be added in
the default theme template, using xhtml strict by default.
