Avoid double redirection when navigating to default domain

When displaying default domain, a request is also made to
"localhost:8080/nuxeo/", triggering nxstartup.faces.
This si due to an empty img src tag, linking to the root of nuxeo.
This empty image tag is present because of creation modal panel, that is
diplayed even if there is no creation possible, and providing the list of
allowed sub types (WorkspaceRoot, SectionRoot, TemplateRoot and CommentRoot)
CommentRoot has no icon defined => image tag is empty.
