Things to do:
- I don't know how move "Back to Document base" in User Services fragment
links. The idea is to have a switch between "Dashboard" link when you are in
the main view and "Back to Document Base" when you are in the dashboard view.
- Improve / change the JQuery / find another javascript that fold and unfold
the 2 links "Add a widget" and "Change Layout". We can not keep it like that.
Tell me when you will do it, it can be some css issue due to .js
