Done, with minors cosmits:

FF 3.6 needs the "drop" event listener to be added, although it does receive
the first drop command (but with an empty transfer data).
FF 3.5 keeps on performing the drop only once => added the listener in every
case.

- make new version 0.9.8 available as current xpi
- update FAQ stating compatibility versions
