The selenium test should check that a user cannot ask for publishing on a
section where this right was remove.
It can use an existing user/document/section, have a look at MultiplePublish
test.
The test can looks like:
* test that bree (or someone else) can publish in section s/s1 and s/s1/s2
* remove right 'can ask for publisihing' locally on s2 (jdoe should be able to
do it, or else Administrator)
* test that bree can not publish on s/s1/s2
* remove local right so the the state of the application is the same than when
we started
