The problem is that if someone refuses a task (reject) and the task is
re-assigned to the previous person, this person can do nothing but accept the
document, which means that there is no way to refuse a document.
There should be the folowing improvement:
When a user refuses a task, it is re-assigned to previous user in the flow,
and this one can either: accept it or refuse it. If he accepts it, the task
goes back to its next participant, if he refuses the task, then the workflow is
abandoned and a notification is sent to the initiator of the workflow.
