You can see the problem on giant_title.gif
There is already a system to add dots (see dots_in_breadcrumb.gif) when there
is too many sublevels.
Can we use it to break too long titles from:

to:
This is a view of ... in Cambridge. ?
I think we can fix the limit to 55 characters by default.
