Description:
OpenOffice.org is now managed by the Nuxeo server, so the documentation about
"oooctl" and "openofficectl" is obsolete.
We also need to get rid of the (now useless) bin/openofficectl script in the
distribution.
Also the openoffice headless daemon is not started on Mac OS -> this needs to
be documented or fixed.
