Restart OOo daemon if it gets killed

If I kill the OOo daemon (or if it dies on it own), further attempts to convert
a document to PDF will fail with an error:
12:44:44,427 ERROR [ConversionActionBean] PDF generation error for file null
org.nuxeo.ecm.core.convert.api.ConversionException: Could not connect to the
remote OpenOffice server
And a message that's probably useful only for systems administrators:
"An error occurred during the generation of the PDF version. Please ensure that
OpenOffice is correctly started on port 8100 of the server with a command such
as the following:..."
