Environment: Tested on linux+jboss and macosx+tomcat.

There is a problem with the cache refresh of folders when uploading a picture,
either through New->Picture or through Import:
The picture doesn't appear in the folder list until other operations are done
(create a new file or note, view the picture through the dashboard list, ...)
Steps to reproduce:
- go into a workspace (personal or otherwise)
- click New -> Picture, choose a title and file to upload, hit Create
- go back to the parent folder (through the breadcrumb or the menu on the
left), the picture doesn't show in the list
