Description:
when clicking the button:
- present the allowed types
- then show the create layout
- then call the method on the service
was:
create a seam component that takes a document (any element from a Route) and
an action and answer if the action is available:
- add step
- add a serial container
- add a parallel container
- remove step
- update step
the component should be unit tested by injecting the document in the seam
component
