cannot down-grade version of packages in admin center

In admin center when you've uploaded multiple version of a package, the only
link available for install refers to the last version.
In the tabs 'Packages from Nuxeo Marketplace' and 'Local packages' the only
version listed is the last one.
In the 'Studio configuration package', all available versions are listed but
once I've downloaded the package, the rendered action is still displaying a
'download' link.
The workaround is to copy the install URL, modify the version label and request
the admin center for an upgrade with.
