Fulltext indexing on Note should take into account the mimetype

The document type Note uses a field based on the RichTextEditor widget which
allows to select the mimetype associated with its content.
However, while indexing this field, this parameter is not read and the text is
badly indexed.
We should propose a mechanism to correctly index this content :
- declare RichTextEditor field in the repository config
- use another field type for RichTextEditor widget
- other solution ...
Of course, this should apply to any field using the RichTextEditor widget.
