Alexandre Russel commented on NXCM-234:
---------------------------------------

How/Why do you go from processed to archived ? is it just someone who decides
to change it ?
What is possible, not possible when the stated is processed, archived ?

> A case should have a default lifecycle (that of course is to be customized
> depending on the customer implementation) such as :
> * draft
> * open
> * processed
> * archived
> The idea of this lifecycle, which is a generic one in case management, is
> that the case starts by being declared, but not yet open to document filing,
> etc.. then, once it is open, case can be transfered, we can assign a Route,
> and people other than the one having a delegation on the authoring mailbox
> can fill documents inside too.
