IT tests should run against latest code and artifacts from IT build

Even if IT-nuxeo-5.4-tests* are downloading artifacts from lastSuccessfulBuild
of IT-nuxeo-5.4-build, there are still using 5.4 branch for source code and
downloadable artifacts.
However, downloadable artifacts are not those built by IT-nuxeo-5.4-build and
publicly available snapshots may be out-of-date.
As an improvement, the scripts should:
- download zipped sources from
http://qa.nuxeo.org/jenkins/job/IT-nuxeo-5.4-build/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/trunk/release/archives/
instead of Mercurial clone.
- optionally, synchronize the local M2 repository with the one on the server
which had run IT-nuxeo-5.4-build (only involved artifacts of course; maybe only
the POM files).
