This SimpleConfiguration will be based on the Local configuration.
When the SimpleConfiguration facet will be added to a Document, it will be
possible to add configuration parameters (key -> value) to it.
Those parameters will be available through the LocalConfigurationService and
SimpleConfiguration interface.
