Display the "Browse Nuxeo DM" action for every members of the community

The Brows Nuxeo DM action should be displayed for everybody.
Indeed is currently configured, on purpose, so that only administrators of the
community see the "Browse Nuxeo DM". Yet, on of the question I was asked during
a demo is : is it possible to do versionning on docuemnts. I thought I could
easily switch to the DM view and use default DM features. But for a member
only, there is actually no easy way to join the DM default view of the
community. This would be useful.
(As a side note it would be useful to have direct links to DM for
everydocuments in the documents library gadget.)
