OK it's sort-of working in the branch. Two remarks:
1. Three unit tests are now broken (related to search). This doesn't seem to
affect the functional tests (cmislib testsuite) but needs to be fixed before
merging.
2. OpenCMIS support for the browser binding is more limited than I thought. A
few important methods still need to be implemented (on OpenCMIS) for it to be
usable.
