A ConditionalStepFolder it's serial stepFolder containing one decisional step
and 2 branches that can be executed depending on the result of the decisional
step.
The ConditionalStepFolder holds the position of the child to be executed next ,
and can be 1 or 2, depending on the output of the child no 0 (the decisional
step).
A content template contribution grantees that every time a new
ConditionalStepFolder is created , it contains by default the structure
described above.
The operation "Update.NextStep.ConditionalFolder" can be run by the decsional
step to select the next option to run.
