Improve UserAgentMatcher to detect more user agents

Improve UserAgentMatcher to be able to use if for Video HTML5 purposes. Because
of how to handle the <video> tag according to the browser, we need to detect
more cases:
- Firefox < 4
- Firefox > 4
- Internet Explorer
- Safari
- Chrome
Moreover, the class should live in the {{nuxeo-platform-web-common}} module.
