Hi,
we have just released Nuxeo EP 5.1.0.M1 (or 5.1.M1 if you prefer),
the first development milestone towards Nuxeo 5.1.
It is available as an auto-installer here:
http://www.nuxeo.org/static/NuxeoEP/nuxeo-ep-5.1.0.M1-installer-1.jar
And also as a zip and a tar.gz (check http://www.nuxeo.org/static/
NuxeoEP/).
A lot of work has gone into it in just 3 weeks, as you can see on the
Jira release notes below or directly on the web:

Besides all the bugfixes and improvements, the major new
functionalities are:
- Comments
- Simple publication
- Mass edition
- Templates for workspaces
