Also, I have tested a notification-contrib with just the workflowtaskrejected notification and a 3 participant workflow.
It never sends the email to the correct participant. If user3 rejected the document to user2 then user1 receives the notification that a document has been rejected by user2. The notification shouldnt be sent to user1 and it shouldnt say user2 ejected it.
