Touche, John!  Yes, this was MY experience; I realize (and certainly
hope) that in other areas this is not the case.  It was just such a
frustrating experience that I was delighted to see this list - and
the "name" of it said it all!  (I thought...)

[Thanks for the offer to "move to the country" - ah, but wouldn't I
if I just COULD.....  Maybe "some" day!]
