Jivan:

First please note that I am not Robert. I am his girlfriend, my name is Rosa.

Now to the company that I work for: The CEO is a very warm and genuine
person and has conveyed to the workers his concerns for their own safety.

One of the problems is the attitude that people have in this city (Miami).
This is a very transient city, and at one time it was very easy to get an
OK paying job right away. Today the climate has changed, just as it has
changed in other cities but employees still have the attitude that you (as
the employer) better cater to my wants. Also the Hispanics that are here,
but are not safety or environmentally aware, are very hard to motivate to
observe rules and regulations that they do not see value in.

I don't know how familiar you are with Latin American countries, but there
safety and environmental issues are not very high on the rpiority list, if
at all.
