Sandra, this is email! do you want a thesis for every
question? of course it would include changing the body shape
and ethnic diversity! i thought people thought of 
those things automatically. (much more than they do
of sustainability and production/consumption processes),
that's why the examples for new ideas did not include
body shape, etc.
please be a little less aghast with jumping to the wrong
conclusions next time about some of the ideas for 
a healthy barbie.
