Women and The Environment: Special Double Issue ( Spring/Summer 2001) Guest

NEW DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSIONS: NOVEMBER 30, 1999

Women*s Studies Quarterly publishes contributions that introduce new
feminist scholarship and theory applied to teaching and the curriculum,

development, and reflective essays and original creative work on various
themes of concern to women*s studies practitioners. The intersections of
race and class with gender are of special concern, as are international
perspectives.

double-spaced throughout, including notes, and are expected to be
written in a language that is accessible to the non specialist. Please
send two copies and consult The Chicago Manual of Style for manuscript form.
Please send an SASE if you wish to have your materials returned.
Women*s Studies Quarterly is published in June and December of every year.
Material should be submitted at least fifteen months before an issue*s
publication date, preferably earlier. Because many of the
issues are planned by guest editors and feature collections of material
on specific themes, contributors are urged to consult announcements of
upcoming issues in the Quarterly.
