The program is open to scholars, educators, writers and policy practitioners engaged in work related to the moral dimensions of international affairs. Younger scholars, mid-career professionals, and those from developing countries are encouraged to apply. All fellows must be fluent in English. Fellowships will link individual research projects to ongoing Carnegie Council projects.
