Gender and Women's Studies. Assistant Professor. Tenure-track. The Gender
and Women's Studies Program at the University of Illinois at Chicago seeks
to expand its offerings in gay and lesbian studies, broadly defined. We
are looking for a candidate whose area of research is the study of
minority sexualities and/or non-normative gender identities within a
non-Western context. Teaching responsibilities involve undergraduate and
graduate courses, including an undergraduate international survey course.
Appointment will be made jointly with an appropriate department.
Discipline open, but social science preferred. Ph.D. in hand by August
2001. Send letter of application, c.v., and three letters of reference to:
