Dear colleagues, I am recruiting 1 postdoctoral scholar and 1 PhD or Master students interested in one or more of the following areas:1) Integrated taxonomy of leafhopper, beetles and mantis and modelling/digital mapping of their distribution/habitats/populations under climate change; 2) The movement structure of beetles based on Micro-CT, Electron Microscope and 3D etc.; and 3) integrated pest management and control for main crops including maize/corn, wheat, canola and potato. The candidates would join Dr. Yang Liu’s group at the Department of Entomology, University of Manitoba, Winnipeg, Canada. Postdoc position is available immediately.
