Isometric <https://isometric.com/> is a global carbon dioxide removal (CDR) registry, and we’re tackling climate change by quantifying the effectiveness of CDR technologies. Our mission is to responsibly and rapidly expand the carbon removal industry.
Isometric recently developed a protocol <https://registry.isometric.com/protocol/reforestation/1.0> for carbon dioxide removal via Reforestation. The protocol is in public consultation and is open for commenting from academics, industry members, and other actors in the CDR space. We believe that the best carbon credits are those backed by the soundest science and concern for environmental and social responsibility. We welcome any feedback that enhances the scientific rigour of reforestation.
