Hello, I need to compute species trends and abundances with Breeding Bird Survey (BBS) data using the route regression and residual method by Bird Conservation Regions (BCRs) and the BBS website does not offer this option. I was wondering if anyone has software programmed to do these calculations that I could use. Please contact me offline. Thanks.
