Hi, We are trying to evaluate the withdrawal and failure rates in our program. This is especially difficult because all of our students are junior-college transfers (although we will soon begin admitting freshman), however, any help would be greatly appreciated! What is a typical retention rate for juniors in a general biology program? What is the typical retention rate for junior level junior college transfers? What is the typical graduate rate for junior level junior college transfers?
