ATTENTION STUDENTS:

The local hosts for the 2009 US-IALE Symposium and the US-IALE Awards
Committee are excited to announce that ten $500 travel awards are
available for students to attend the 2009 US-IALE Symposium in Snowbird,
Utah.

These awards have been made available by local sponsors of the 2009
US-IALE conference, including the U.S. Geological Survey, Cooperative
Research Units Program, and the Utah State University College of Natural
Resources and the Ecology Center at USU.  All of these organizations are

in one form or another involved in the training and education of
students for future conservation positions, many of which necessarily
involve understanding landscape-level processes.
