Dear friends, I have a colleague comparing the Redox Potential in waters from polluted and not polluted rivers but this variable have positive and negative values (-300, -200, -100, 0, 100, 200, 300).
She will compare six field sites but the problem is to use these negative and positive numbers in an ANOVA!! How to deal with data like that? Is there some specific transformation?
