I was a biology and environmental science major at University Wisconsin - Green Bay and I spent a semester studying abroad at University of Auckland - New Zealand and it was phenomenal. I was able to take two biology courses and a GIS course. The country is also fantastic for ecologists and students who love the outdoors. Hope this helps.
