Yesterday I saw a lot of pelicans there and bird watchers who seem to be making a count. I was wondering if there is a data bank somewhere with all of these counts, especially for example in the wetlands and coastal areas? So as to see patterns of the counts over time etc. The pelicans we saw were the American white pelicans, but I have been told some brown pelicans have been there too. The Yolo - Davis wetland area is about 80 miles from the nearest coastline. Thanks. Ling Ling Huang, Sacramento City College
