I found both Kaplan and Princeton Review books helpful.. The #1 component I
would look for in any study materials you purchase would be access to
timed, computerized practice tests.

Whether through  a CD-ROM, or online access to timed practice tests, being
comfortable with the computerized format will help at least as much as
staring at word lists and early algebra problems for hours on end.
